Job Description

Ghrs Training is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Executive with a passion for gaming to join our international voice support team. If you have experience in technical support and a strong background in gaming, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to international customers via voice channels, specifically for gaming-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to gaming hardware, software, platforms, connectivity, and in-game problems.
  • Guide users through diagnostic steps, game installations, patch updates, and configuration adjustments.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately within the designated system.
  • Escalate complex or recurring issues to specialized teams, ensuring a seamless support experience.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Support (International Voice).
  • Gaming support experience is a must. You should be familiar with common gaming platforms, software, and troubleshooting challenges in the gaming world.
  • You possess excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse gaming audiences.
  • You are customer-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine interest in gaming.
  • You are capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
