Technical Support Engineer

Location: Canada, Australia, and Singapore

Experience: 5-15

Salary:- 34LPA - 43LPA

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and application-related issues.
• Log, track, prioritize, and update support tickets using a ticketing system while meeting SLA requirements.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, QA, Product, and Customer Success to resolve recurring issues.
• Stay updated on new technologies, product releases, and support processes through continuous learning.
