Responsibilities:
1. Technical Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Investigate technical problems and identify root causes.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to users and clients.
- Resolve system errors, application failures, and connectivity issues.
- Escalate complex technical problems to specialized teams when necessary.
2. IT Infrastructure & System Support
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Support operating systems, business applications, and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, and access issues.
- Assist with server, system, and application maintenance as required.
- Monitor system performance and help maintain operational availability.
3. User Support & Customer Service
- Respond to technical support requests through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps and technical procedures.
- Explain technical solutions in clear, user-friendly language.
- Maintain professional communication and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).
4. Installation, Configuration & Maintenance
- Install and configure software, drivers, and system updates.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive troubleshooting.
- Assist with system upgrades, software patches, and equipment replacements.
- Configure user accounts, permissions, and access settings in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain IT assets and ensure equipment functions correctly.
