Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional support for cutting-edge technologies. With your expertise in Java applications, database systems, and server troubleshooting, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Java and browser-based web applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
  • Operating Systems (Windows and Linux).
  • Batch and shell commands.
  • REST APIs and database systems (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Web and application servers (WebSphere, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss).
  • Use JIRA and Salesforce to log, track, and manage customer issues.
  • Analyze error logs to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer issues.
