Job Description

Solid understanding of networking, software installation, configuration, and
troubleshooting techniques, with the ability to provide support in person, by phone, or using remote tools.
Expertise in Windows operating systems, O365, Teams, and OneDrive applications, including troubleshooting methods.
Good Experience in installing and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers.
Proficient with IT ticketing tools and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge about data backup processes.
Experienced in managing IT assets.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
