Job Description

Ghrs Training is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. If you have a passion for technology and proven experience in international technical support, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to international customers via an international voice process.
  • Serve as a key point of contact on the Service Desk, efficiently handling and resolving technical issues.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for accurate logging, tracking, and management of support tickets.
  • Perform comprehensive troubleshooting for various hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with customers throughout the support process.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in International Technical Support.
  • You possess strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
  • You are proficient in using ServiceNow for IT service management.
  • You have excellent verbal communication skills, essential for an international voice environment.
  • You are customer-focused, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
