The Role

As a Technical Support Engineer at Pivotree, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, resolving system issues, and supporting backend operations. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure efficient system performance and a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for backend systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Java-based systems
  • Work with SQL databases for data validation and system checks
  • Apply DSA concepts to debug and analyze technical problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve system stability
  • Document technical issues and provide clear resolutions
