Core / Must Have:
- Troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High end reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Application monitoring tools - Dynatrace, IBM monitoring and ability to read logs.
- Technical proficiency: Good understanding of AS400 operating system, RPG, Cobol, DB2, CL (Command Line); SQL skills.
- Mid Technical proficiency: Good understanding of Windows operating system, .Net, Java, API, and SQL skills.
Primary / Should Have:
- Application expertise: Experience in .Net, API, and Java development experience.
- Understanding of networking concepts.
- Knowledge management and ability to create reliable and clear SOP documents.
