Excellent communication skills Experience in 24/7 IT system production support Minimum 3 years as L2 support engineer Good understanding of ITIL Proven experience
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in solution support. Has work experience in Linux environment.
Has good experience in shell scripting and HPE vTeMIP / UOC/ UCA product to troubleshoot issues.
Mandatory to work in 24/7 shifts.
Able to perform application monitoring, create health check report and log issues in trouble ticketing system.
Good written and oral business communication skills Needs to communicate with customer, L2 support teams and track in closing the ticket.
Willingness to Ramp-up on the HPE products used in solution
