Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer who can assist our customers with IoT devices and cloud-based solutions. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve both software and hardware problems.
Designation- Technical Support Engineer
Experience- 1-3 Years

Job Location- Bangalore (On-site)
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support by promptly addressing client queries and issues.
- Manage incoming tickets/calls and resolve them while ensuring adherence to our SLA.
- Proactively identify root causes of problems and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure effective service delivery.
- Generate RCA reports and maintain internal documentation.
- Monitor cloud applications and critical devices.
- Maintain and enhance operational procedures related to incident management, monitoring, preventative maintenance, expansions, and upgrades.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for cloud applications and field devices, providing remote/on-site assistance.
We're looking for someone who
- Graduation/Post Graduation degree in Comp. Science/IT/Electronics (B.E/B.tech, B.Sc, BCA etc.)
- Excellent technical skills Cloud Apps, Basic Linux, and Networking
- Proficient in Documentation handling using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Curious and with excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Eagerness to solve problems, build relationships with clients and customers and Stakeholder management
- Should be willing to travel (Local/outstation)
Good to have
- Knowledge in Cloud computing, SQL queries, Remote Troubleshooting
- Experience in handling Ticketing tools (Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, Zendesk etc.)
- Some degree of understanding of SaaS products.
- Basic Domain knowledge in Lighting, Building Automation, BMS, HVAC, and Control systems
- Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil etc.)
