Key Responsibilities

On-Site Technical Support

• Deliver technical support to customer sites in Bhilai and surrounding areas
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to water treatment systems at customer locations
• Provide quick and efficient resolutions to ensure operational continuity

Site Management & Customer Retention

• Oversee and manage technical service activities across assigned locations
• Maintain close communication with customers and site in-charges to ensure high satisfaction
• Offer value-added services that strengthen client relationships and promote long-term site retention

Specialized Water Treatment Expertise

• Apply advanced knowledge in cooling water treatment (CWT) to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime
• Optimize boiler water treatment (BWT) to prevent issues such as scaling and corrosion
• Implement effective and sustainable water management solutions tailored to site needs

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams including sales and technical support to align service quality
• Provide regular site performance updates, including improvements and recommendations
• Support the sales team with technical insights to enhance customer engagement
