Technical Service Engineer

Looking for an experienced and energetic professional interested in joining a fast-growing and diverse team aimed at provide better Smart Energy solutions to our customers. The individual should be self-driving, responsible, a quick learner and a problem solver. If you are this unique individual, we'd love to meet you.

In this role you will:

• Responsible for regional technical service responsibility
• Responsible for the sell-through and post-sales activities in the region
• Provide technical advice to customers on product, installation, and system operational matters
• Ensure proper resolution to customer inquiries and warranty service requests
• Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service-related issues
• Conduct regional product/technical training, seminars and webinars
• Liaise with HQ to resolve customer issues
• Gather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysis
• Lead or participate in projects and process improvement activities
• Provide sales and marketing support as needed

We are looking for:

• Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors
• Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years related experience in the solar industry is a must
• Good communicator with fluent English and native languages
