Job Description

We are looking for experienced Technical Service Engineers / Technical Engineers / Service Engineers with a strong background in the Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, site assistance, product application guidance, and resolving technical issues at customer/project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and service assistance at construction/project sites.
Understand customer and site requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical assessments as required.
Provide guidance on product/application methods, installation, and usage.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues encountered at project sites.
Coordinate with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical concerns.
Support product demonstrations, trials, and technical presentations at customer/project locations.
Prepare site visit reports, technical reports, and documentation as required.
Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback from project sites.
Ensure technical activities are carried out in accordance with company standards and project requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction / Building Materials industry.
Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Experience in technical service, site engineering, technical support, or construction-related roles.
Good understanding of construction practices, site execution, and technical applications.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer and project sites as required.
Candidates should be willing to work in Bangalore, Gujarat, Delhi, or Indore, based on the available position.
