Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing technical sales processes, building and maintaining client accounts, providing technical consultations, and delivering superior customer service. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and close sales, while also ensuring post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales techniques to engage with clients and drive revenue
  • Experience in Account Management and developing long-term client relationships
  • Strong Technical Support skills to address and resolve client issues effectively
  • Customer Service expertise to ensure satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • OEM Coordination about the Product and solution offered to the customer.
  • Ability to work onsite and manage tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Prior experience in IT infrastructure and IT products is advantageous
