Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role located in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates for IT and business roles. Daily responsibilities also include sales recruitment, maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with account management teams, and facilitating successful placements. The role requires active communication with candidates and clients to ensure fulfillment of staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and understanding of Bench Sales processes
• Experience in Full-lifecycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong skills in Account Management and relationship building with clients
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight hiring deadlines
• Knowledge of IT and business-critical roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
