Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct outbound tele-calling campaigns to generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on sales inquiries.
  2. Engage with prospective customers over the phone or in person to understand their technical needs, challenges, and buying preferences and present tailored Digital Factory solutions.
  3. Educate customers about our Digital Factory (An end-to-end Industry4.0 Solution) solution/services, features, benefits, and value proposition to generate interest and drive sales.
  4. Provide technical sales support by offering product demonstrations, presentations, and solution recommendations based on customer requirements.
  5. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize follow-up activities to maximize sales opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify target markets, and achieve revenue targets.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telecalling activities, leads, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  9. Maintain a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of Experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of Manufacturing Execution Systems, Automation, ERP or related industrial software solutions.
  3. Prior work experience in Automotive industry preferable.
  4. Understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
