Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales & Business Development Executive (Technical Sales). The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and following up on leads, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with prospective and existing clients, crafting sales strategies, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and market demands.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
  • Experience in Business Development and Account Management practices
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with technical sales in the software or IT domain
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the Pune market is an advantage
