Technical Sales Engineer

Our services include defining the machining process, selection of machinery, tool holding and workpiece clamping systems, and industrial automation. We take complete ownership of the project from part prove-out to final handover of the production-ready setup. We are authorized dealers for several top OEMs in India, and we also supply tools from other reputable brands.

Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility to work remotely. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical sales, technical support, sales engineering, and communication. The Technical Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to support our product line, help customers identify and resolve technical problems, and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Strong technical sales and sales engineering skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical audiences
• Experience providing technical support to customers
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or in progress)
• Experience with CNC Machining, tooling systems, and/or industrial automation is a plus
• Proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi and proficiency in additional languages like Tamil, Telagu is a plus
