Technical Sales Engineer

ToolWorld is one of India's leading suppliers of professional electronics repair tools, soldering equipment, oscilloscopes, and lab instruments. We serve repair technicians, electronics manufacturers, R&D labs, and training institutes across India.

We are expanding our presence in South India, particularly Bangalore's electronics ecosystem, and are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to represent our soldering and fume extraction product line.

The Technical Sales Engineer will promote and sell soldering solutions and fume extraction systems to electronics repair companies, EMS manufacturers, R&D labs, and training institutes in the Bangalore region.

The role requires someone who understands electronics repair workflows, soldering equipment, and lab environments and can confidently demonstrate products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Promote ToolWorld's soldering stations, hot air stations, fume extractors, and its consumables

Identify opportunities in: Mobile repair companies, Electronics repair labs,EMS manufacturing units, R&D labs , and engineering companies,Technical training institutes

Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demos of soldering equipment and fume extractors

Explain benefits like: safety, productivity, soldering quality, workplace compliance

• Lead Generation: Visit electronics clusters and industrial areas in Bangalore. Build relationships with: repair shop owners, production engineers, lab managers, purchase teams
• Customer Support: Provide basic technical guidance on tool usage
• Help customers choose the right equipment: Coordinate with ToolWorld team for order processing and logistics
• Market Development: Identify potential resellers and service partners. Share market feedback and competitor insights. Help grow ToolWorld's presence in South India

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of: soldering tools. PCB repair. lab equipment
• Hands-on soldering experience is a strong plus
• Technician with strong communication skills looking to move into sales

Education Preferred:

• Diploma / B.Tech in: Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics

Skills Required

• Good communication skills: Ability to explain technical products
• Comfortable doing product demos
• Self-driven and able to work remotely
• Willing to travel within Bangalore region

Compensation

• Fixed salary (4.5L P.A)
• Performance bonuses based on revenue generated
