Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented. Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth for our Heat Exchanger division. The role involves client acquisition and technical sales support across industrial clients of the Pharma and Food industries. The job requires traveling.
Key Responsibilities
•
Generate new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships in industrial sectors
Promote and sell Heat Exchangers and related solutions
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and follow up for order closures
Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for execution
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Key Skills
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Experience: 2+ years in industrial/engineering sales (preferably heat exchangers or process equipment)
Good communication skills
Good technical understanding and negotiation skills
