Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Pune Division, with opportunities to work from home on occasion. The role involves managing technical sales processes, engaging with clients to address their needs, providing technical support, and driving revenue growth. The individual will act as a technical expert during pre-sales and post-sales activities, creating solutions and conducting product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Syncious's platforms. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
  • Strong skills in technical support and client issue resolution
  • Effective communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • Background in Sales with a track record of supporting revenue growth
  • Proficiency in Enterprise, Cloud or Server sales is preferred
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office presence and remote work
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline is preferred
  • Experience in the technology sector is a strong plus
