Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen our market presence. This role combines technical expertise with strategic sales acumen to deliver exceptional customer value and drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans on unassigned accounts in India region to achieve company goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and customers
  • Build mass market strategy for achieving faster growth in unassigned accounts.
  • Develop unassigned accounts to assigned accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product teams
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts , performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included):

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or related field with up to 5yr. experience.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, mass market strategy, or a similar role within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of electronics and components that form a electronic design.
  • Understanding of timing solutions / components will be added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work collaboratively across teams.
