Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing customer needs, identifying business opportunities, and providing customized solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your role will also involve promoting and selling our mechanical seal products to new and existing customers, building long-lasting relationships, conducting market research, and analyzing customer feedback. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Sales Engineer within the mechanical seal industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships both internally and externally
• A strong understanding of mechanical seals, applications, and market trends
• Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers and prospects and represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, and events
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
