Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Technical Sales Engineer who can combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to drive revenue growth. In this role, you will engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients within target markets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and proposals
- Collaborate with internal technical teams for customized solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
KeyRequirements
- 34 years of experience in technical sales
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong ability to translate technical features into business value
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel as required
- Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies
