CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve and exceed quarterly/yearly sales targets
- In collaboration with Sales leaders, develop a clear plan for the region involving both direct OEM engagement and distribution partnership
- Work with local customer to manage sales and new design opportunities, by identifing the potential and also address the basic technical queries
- Explore and identify all opportunities where NEXPERIA could provide efficient solutions
- Taking ownership for relevant Key Performance Indicators and driving corrective actions if required.
- Understanding the customer's business strategy, opportunities and issues.
- Understanding formal & informal hierarchy, identifying decision makers at the customer and developing relationship strategies to improve NEXPERIA's position at the account
- Representing and conveying the customer's needs internally at NEXPERIA, and ensuring adequate priorities are set in order to execute against their needs
- Gathering and communicating market/competitor information into the organization
Job Requirements
- 10-12 years Experience
- Good knowledge of Discrete Semiconductors including MOSFETs, ESD protection, LOGIC, IGBT, Gate Driver etc
- Proven track record of sales and account management
- Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
- Very strong communication, presentation and Negotiation skills
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with all levels of the customers engineering team
- Knowledge in Automotive & Industrial products
