Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs and providing tailored technical solutions, and demonstrating the features and benefits of products. The Technical Sales Engineer will also collaborate with the sales and technical teams to drive business, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing technical inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Strong skills in Communication and building customer relationships
- Experience in providing Technical Support and understanding customer needs
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Educational background in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
- Previous experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry is an advantage
