The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the designated territory. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting client meetings, providing technical advice on product selection, and meeting sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Field Sales Manager will work closely with the sales and technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve organizational objectives.

• Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and relationship management
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical understanding of flow meters and related products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in sales for industrial or manufacturing sectors is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a relevant field
• Willingness to travel locally as part of the role
