Technical Sales Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Surat. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and ensuring the successful application of products or services. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical consultation, responding to customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating closely with the sales and technical teams to drive revenue and enhance client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Demonstrated ability in Sales and customer relationship management
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with financial services and solutions is a plus
