Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team in driving global business growth for Semiconductor IP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development for Semiconductor IP across global markets
  • Manage and grow the opportunity pipeline, ensuring strong funnel conversion and revenue achievement
  • Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and applications
  • Support technical marketing activities, including positioning, presentations, and solution alignment
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to support business strategy
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
  • 2-4 Year of experience in Semiconductor Sales, Business Development, or Technical Marketing
  • Good understanding of VLSI / Semiconductor IP ecosystem
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel as required
