Technical Sales Assistant

We are hiring a Technical Sales Executive to support sales operations, handle client inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution. This role is ideal for candidates with an engineering background and interest in B2B/industrial sales.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone/email and maintain follow-ups
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and techno-commercial proposals
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Coordinate with production, purchase, accounts, and dispatch teams
• Track orders, maintain documentation, and ensure timely execution
• Update CRM/ERP systems and prepare basic MIS reports
