About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in Semiconductor and Embedded hiring. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles across VLSI, ASIC, FPGA, and Embedded Software domains, partnering with leading semiconductor clients and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closures.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, and networking channels.
• Recruit for niche roles such as RTL Design, Verification, PD, DFT, Firmware, BSP, and Device Drivers.
• Maintain structured pipelines, trackers, and ensure timely candidate communication.

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in Semiconductor / VLSI / Embedded recruitment.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles, technologies, and skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
