Internal Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and candidate follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain the ATS and candidate database.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely position closures.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
