We're looking for a high-energy Senior Technical Recruiter who does more than sourcing resumes.With 47years of experience, you thrive on cold outreach, crack tough technical hires, and consistently close roles in fast-moving, competitive markets.

You will act as a true talent advisor, collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify the right talent, with a strong understanding of technical concepts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and excellent communication skills. We are looking for a motivated and proactive Technical Recruiter to join the team! This position requires a highly organized, data-driven individual . This role requires attention to detail and the uncanny ability to juggle multiple high-priority requests while interacting professionally with people inside and outside the organization

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.
  • Youre the type of recruiter who partners with stakeholders and business leaders and who provides insight and strategy throughout the hiring process
  • You move and iterate quickly, thriving in opportunities to learn about teams, products, and technologies

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to use internal or external data to influence stakeholders and drive departmental or organizational outcomes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred candidate profile :

  • 4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 4 years recruiting for technical/engineering positions
  • Experience building globally distributed teams and working across multiple time zones
  • Experience building and scaling engineering teams, preferably in one or more of the following areas of focus:
  • Full Stack or Backend Engineering Engineering Management AI and Machine Learning
  • Database and Data Vizualization
  • Infrastructure and DevOps
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
