Location: Hyderabad / Hybrid (depending on client need)
What you'll do:
- Handle end-to-end technical hiring for GCC roles (IT, Engineering, Product, Digital, etc.)
- Work closely with hiring managers & stakeholders to understand role requirements
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Manage screening, interview coordination, feedback, and offer rollouts
- Ensure strong candidate experience and adherence to hiring SLAs
Must-have skills:
- Strong experience in technical recruitment (product / engineering roles)
- Exposure to GCC / captive / global hiring models (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced setup
Nice to have:
- Experience hiring for Global MNCs or GCCs
- Familiarity with ATS & recruitment analytics
