Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment including W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and ATS tools.
Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates with clients.
Maintain candidate pipelines and records within ATS systems.
Negotiate rates and ensure successful closure of positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs.
Work efficiently in the EST shift to support US-based clients.
