About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing niche technology professionals, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying top technology talent for our clients across India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Technology positions.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Must have experience of handle multiple clients himself
• Must be a go getter, dynamic and smart prefessional
• Coordinate technical interviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche technology requirements.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ATS updates.
• Meet individual hiring targets, TAT, and quality metrics.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market trends.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 2–6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience working with staffing firms or recruitment consultancies is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, and MS Office.

Preferred Experience

• Experience hiring for Product, Captive, IT Services, GCCs, and Consulting organizations.
• Exposure to domestic and international recruitment.
• Experience handling contract, permanent, and leadership hiring.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
