Work Schedule: 4 Days Onsite | 1 Day Work From Home

Shift: Night Shift (US EST)

What We're Looking For

• 4–8+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (IT and Non IT Requirements)
• Hands-on experience with MSP, Direct Clients, and VMS
• Strong sourcing expertise using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals
• Experience sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for US-based clients
• Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work US shift hours from our Noida office
