Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite)

Shift Timings: 6:30PM-3:30AM IST

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to support contract positions received from ARK's clients. This is an end-to-end recruiting position. You will understand client requirements, develop sourcing strategies, identify and engage qualified candidates, conduct meaningful screening, prepare quality submissions, and remain connected with candidates through interviews, offers, and start.

The right person is curious, persistent, organized, and confident speaking with candidates. You should be comfortable using established recruiting platforms while also finding creative ways to reach qualified talent.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, required skills, and submission expectations.
• Source candidates through JobDiva, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, referrals, professional networks and other channels.
• Develop effective Boolean searches and alternate sourcing strategies.
• Build pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Contact candidates through phone, email, LinkedIn and text.
• Explain and sell client opportunities clearly and accurately.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, motivation, availability, compensation and overall fit.
• Prepare accurate candidate summaries and quality submissions.
• Maintain candidate records, activities and follow-ups in JobDiva.
• Keep candidates engaged through submission, interview, offer, onboarding, and start.
• Partner closely with the Candidate Evaluation Specialist and other recruiting team members.
• Meet established submission and placement expectations while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of US IT contract recruiting experience.
• Must have experience working with Direct/State/Federal clients.
• Experience recruiting technical professionals for contract positions.
• Strong Boolean-search, database-search, and candidate-research skills.
• Hands-on experience with major job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Understanding of common US staffing and candidate engagement models.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Confidence conducting candidate calls and presenting opportunities.
• Strong follow-through, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience using an ATS; JobDiva experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
