Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on experience in technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in engineering recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements and technical skills.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
• Build talent pipelines for Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Embedded, Software, and Manufacturing roles.
• Support campus hiring, internship drives, and recruitment events.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring metrics.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred or pursuing).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience.
• Passion for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms.
• Basic understanding of engineering or technical roles.
• Experience using ATS or recruitment management tools is an added advantage.
