Location: Uppal, Hyderabad

Experience: 2–4 Years

We are looking for a US IT Technical Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in US IT staffing, specifically handling Implementation Partner requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT Implementation Partner requirements.
• Experience working on both W2 and C2C requirements.
• Source, screen, and submit qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to understand requirements and meet submission/closure targets.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer/placement processes.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of US IT Staffing/Technical Recruiting experience.
• Proven experience working with Implementation Partners.
• Strong experience with W2 and C2C staffing models.
• Good understanding of US work authorizations and IT technologies.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Note: This is a 100% onsite role in Uppal, Hyderabad.
