Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and application status.
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and onboarding processes.
Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions (meeting TAT targets).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Organize and participate in walk-ins, job drives, and campus recruitment activities.
