Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for enterprise technologies and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical screening skills and have experience recruiting for niche IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience recruiting for Salesforce, SAP CPI/BTP, ServiceNow, Java Full Stack, Cloud (AWS), RPA (Automation Anywhere), and Integration technologies.
• Ability to understand and validate L2/L3 Production Support, Development, Implementation, Migration, Integration, and BAU Support projects.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, SQL, Agile, DevOps, and SDLC concepts.
• Conduct detailed technical screening to assess hands-on experience, project complexity, architecture exposure, certifications, and domain knowledge.
• Evaluate candidates on technical competency, communication, problem-solving abilities, client interaction, and project ownership.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and candidate engagement.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver quality profiles within SLA.
