Job Summary:
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical roles across the organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates with skills in software development, infrastructure, data, cloud, and emerging technologies, while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team goals
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and role alignment
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal technical teams
- Manage the offer process, negotiate compensation, and handle onboarding coordination
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS and generate hiring reports
- Stay up to date with tech hiring trends, tools, and market benchmarks
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding efforts and participate in recruitment events
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT or technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of technical roles (developers, testers, DevOps, data engineers, etc.)
- Familiarity with technologies like Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, and Databases
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for startups or product-based tech companies
- Understanding of full-stack development, cloud platforms, and agile environments
- Exposure to technical screening tools or coding platforms (e.g., HackerRank, Codility)
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and diversity hiring practices
