Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter with C2H Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Domestic IT Recruiter with extensive experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, particularly in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in contract-to-hire positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their IT staffing needs and help them find top-tier talent for both temporary and permanent roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a strong background in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment, specifically in the domestic market.
• Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies, including knowledge of software development, infrastructure, and other technical specialties.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) and techniques for sourcing IT talent.
• Ability to screen, interview, and assess technical candidates for both contract and permanent positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially related to C2H contract terms and salary expectations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
