Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter & HR Executive with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our Hyderabad office. This role requires hands-on experience in IT recruitment along with practical exposure to HR operations. The ideal candidate will work as an individual contributor, managing technical hiring requirements and supporting key HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social platforms
  • Conduct initial technical screening to evaluate skills, experience, and role fit
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles (Microsoft Technologies, .NET, CRM, Azure, Data, Frontend, etc.)
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure smooth interview flow
  • Maintain accurate candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports
  • Meet hiring timelines while maintaining quality standards

HR Executive Responsibilities

  • Handle employee onboarding and exit processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support employee lifecycle management
  • Manage timesheets, attendance, and basic HR operations
  • Assist in employee performance tracking and coordination
  • Act as a point of contact for employee-related HR queries
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • MBA Human Resources (Preferred)
  • B.Tech / MCA

Candidates from Civil or Mechanical backgrounds are not eligible for this role.

Important Notes

  • This is a full-time onsite role based in Hyderabad
  • Only candidates currently residing in Hyderabad will be considered
  • This role demands hands-on technical recruitment experience, not just coordination
