We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of hands-on hiring experience to support high-volume and niche technical hiring for US-based clients. This role requires strong expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and full-cycle recruitment. The position operates during night hours aligned to the EST time zone and is ideal for recruiters comfortable working with global teams and US hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for roles such as Software Engineers, Cloud, Data, QA, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and other niche IT positions
- Partner closely with US-based hiring managers to understand requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and networking
- Screen candidates for technical competence, cultural fit, and role alignment
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and timely updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Drive offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and closing strategies
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and quality of hire
- Stay updated with market trends, hiring benchmarks, and emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment (US IT staffing, product companies, or consulting firms)
- Proven success in hiring for US-based roles
- Strong understanding of technical skills, stacks, and job roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, etc.)
- Exposure to high-volume or niche skill hiring
- Experience working in staffing/consulting environments
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and reporting
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (EST)
- Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
