Job Description – IT Recruiter

Role: IT Recruiter

Experience Required: 1–4 years

Salary Budget: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for client hiring requirements.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles across multiple technologies.

- Work on C2H/C3H hiring and permanent staffing requirements.

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding follow-up.

- Ensure achievement of submission targets and joining targets as per client requirements.

- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and hiring expectations.

- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills:

- Experience in technical hiring / IT recruitment.

- Hands-on experience with portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

- Strong understanding of IT skills/technologies and screening techniques.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Prior experience in staffing/client hiring.

- Strong experience in bulk and niche technical hiring.
