Technozis is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and is seeking experienced IT Recruiters with a strong background in full-time (FTE) hiring across engineering-driven and specialized domains such as semiconductor, manufacturing, and aerospace.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in FTE / permanent IT hiring

• Exposure to semiconductor, manufacturing, or aerospace domains

• Strong ability to manage niche and hard-to-fill positions

• Hands-on expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand and define requirements

• Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche talent

• Ensure timely closures with high-quality candidates

• Maintain trackers, ATS updates, and recruitment metrics
