Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in IT hiring who is passionate about talent acquisition and open to handling operational responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate should be adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment activities along with supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end 80% of IT recruitment for various technical roles and 20% of HR Operations
  • Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on technical and business requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining processes
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultancies, and recruitment partners
  • Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and HR operations
  • Provide employee support and assist in resolving day-to-day queries
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring updates

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
  • Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and startup-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of operational responsibilities
  • Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Additional:

  • Prior startup experience will be an added advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Flexible and proactive approach towards handling recruitment and operations activities simultaneously
