w:The Technical Recruiter supports the recruitment team by handling the administrative tasks associated with the hiring process. This role involves sourcing resumes via multiple channels. coordinates between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team, scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and maintaining candidate databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for finding the right people to help the company gro

• c.Coordinate and schedule interviews, including video conferences, phone interviews, and in-person meetings, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and hiring manager
• s.Post job openings on company websites, job boards, and social media platforms, and manage the responses and applicant tracking system (ATS
• ).Assist with screening resumes and applications, forwarding qualified candidates to the respective hiring manager
• s.Maintain candidate databases and ensure all hiring records are up-to-date and compliant with legal and company standard
• s.Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback promptl
• y.Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless transition into the compan
• y.Assist in organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract candidate
• s.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process, suggesting improvements based on candidate feedback and industry best practice
• s.Collaborate with HR team members on various projects, such as employer branding initiatives and employee referral program
• s.Ensure confidentiality is always maintained (GDPR) - including emails, letters, filing, etc. Completing interviews for successful applicant

s.Qualification

• s:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, B Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA or related fiel
• d.2 to 3 years minimum in technical recruitment background ( Hiring for : Full stack/Frontend/Backend/QA) - sourcing/generating quality leads via various platforms like LinkedIn and other platform
• s.Proven experience in a recruitment or administrative role; experience in talent acquisition preferre
• d.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadline
• s.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members at all level
• s.Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS), as well as Microsoft Office Suit
